309/365 - At the Gas Pump

Gas Pump
I used my "Max Card" and received a $0.02 discount - whoooppie!

I filled up on gas (or "petrol" as my friends from the UK might say) this morning. I really don't know why I took a picture of the gas pump today, I guess I just "felt like it". Maybe because I haven't taken a picture of the gas pump / gas prices all year long. Maybe because these pumps are fairly new. Maybe because I thought it would be cool to see how different a gas pump will look in 10 years (and if you don't have a picture of the 10 year old pump - how will you know?).

Or maybe I just wanted to get my daily picture over and done with for the day.

Anyways, I took a picture of it - and noted the gas price of $2.57/gallon. The prices have increased slightly over the past 4 weeks and are certainly elevated from this time last year. Still, I'm not complaining too much - I still remember the summer of 2008 when it topped over $4.00/gallon.

How are gas prices where you are? Hopefully, not too high!
