This is what happens when all evening activities are canceled due to the rain. Some Pinot Noir and Stilton. I didn't even need crackers - I ate the cheese straight up - nothing to dilute the pungent taste, counterbalanced by the wine.

I'm not a wine drinker myself . . . I'm much more base. lol An occassional beer is about all the alcohol I ever consume.
