POTD - Linear Burn

I used a Linear Burn layer on this picture - one of the chemical processing buildings at work. I really took the picture because I loved the clouds and the sun - the building added something to "ground" things.

Here's the original, SOOC:

I straightened it, created a duplicate layer and set the blending mode to Linear Burn, 75% opacity.

I liked the result. Must use that blending mode more often!

This did turn out really well. I actually liked it much more than PW's today on her Photog post. Her SOOC was beautiful.
