Frosty Leaves

Last night's frost combined with early morning sun provided a glittery, golden landscape for this morning's commute to work. As an added bonus, the sun burning off the frost caused a hazy mist of fog above the prairie. Really beautiful. But alas, I did not bring my camera with me (still working on that!), so I only get to describe it to you.

When I got home in the afternoon, I found some still-frosty patches of grass in our back yard. I searched and found what I was looking for - frosty leaves. The ice crystals look cool if you zoom in on them.
