Driving back from a campus event, the fog surrounding the Arboretum grounds caught my eye. I pulled into the empty parking lot and held a five minute photo shoot.
Welcome to February in the never-ending winter of 2014.
Many times five minutes is all it takes, and thats' a good thing in winter months! Lovely in black and white by the way... lovely in a foggy, eerie kind of way.
Both pictures are stunning, but the second is my favourite, I almost feel as though I could just walk along down past the trees into the mist! Lovely Shirley! xx
I looked outside this morning that thought what a pretty photo it would make - and then I puttered off to the kitchen for breakfast. You captured it beautifully in these images.
The never ending winter is right and it seems like both of us are getting hit again today, ugh! Your tulips were beautiful, I miss the colors of summer ! Hang in there!

ReplyDeleteThese are beautiful! I really enjoy seeing true winter scenes as they happen -- this is a landscape I'll never experience where I live.
ReplyDeleteHaha, this is so amazing - I just posted foggy pics myself! The same inspiration even with such distance! :-)
